For women who know they should ask for more, but feel the weight of doing it wrong.
You may have a salary or compensation conversation coming up, or one you’ve been quietly postponing. You know you’re underpaid. And you know deep down you deserve more. But, the moment you imagine asking, your body tightens because fear is gripping you. You think…
I don’t want to sound ungrateful.
What if this changes how I’m seen?
What if it verifies I’m not worth more?
Most women don’t avoid salary negotiation because they lack ambition. They avoid it because the stakes feel personal.
How to Negotiate Your Salary is a practical, step-by-step workbook designed to help you prepare for this conversation with clarity, confidence, and strategy. Inside, you’ll learn how to:
Recognize that you’re in the superior bargaining position
Make your salary conversation feel objective and not personal
Clarify your worth, what you want to ask for, and why it’s justified
Walk into the conversation prepared but not rehearsed
Gain benefits you didn’t know were possible
Created by Citrine’s founder; a former negotiator, certified mediator, hiring manager, and executive leader, this workbook reflects over 25 years of experience on both sides of the table.
A single, well-handled negotiation can shape years of your earnings and how you see your own self advocacy. This workbook helps you walk into your moment with steadiness, self-trust, and a clear plan.

Many women executives learn early that professional success requires constant self-control: decisiveness over reflection, toughness over care, and armor over authenticity. While this approach may drive results, it often comes at a personal cost. Exhaustion. Quite Resentment. Disconnection from whom you really are and how you really want to lead.
In this free session, we’ll explore what happens when women lead from only one part of themselves. Why integrating traditionally feminine traits like empathy, receptivity, and intuition can actually strengthen authority and trust rather than diminish it. This is a grounded, practical conversation for women leaders who want to stop the second guessing, and slow burnout, without risking their credibility.

This session is for any female executive leader who feels hesitant or afraid of showing up differently at work; outside of the expected norms of assertiveness, quick decision making, competitiveness, rigidity, micromanagement &c… She feels as if she has left something fundamentally her out of her leadership equation and wishes to explore other ways to lead.

This is a group coaching session through Zoom. Therefore, there will be multiple women on the call. If there is a small number of women (10 or less) you’ll be expected to be on camera. If there are more than 10 women participants the coach will disable participant video and you’ll only see the coach talking.
The is an interactive session. Participants will receive a workbook after their registration. Short periods of time during the session will be devoted to workbook exercises.
All participants can ask questions of the coach through the Q&A.
This is a safe space. Racism, bigotry, intolerance, sarcasm, rudeness, bullying, bad behavior overall will not be tolerated. A participant who exhibits any of these characteristics will be removed from the session immediately.
This session is only for women. Men will be removed.

Meet the Founder
“Women executives are accomplished, capable, and quietly contained by fear they don’t talk about. They want to ask for more and lead more fully, but they’re scared of losing their credibility, reputation, and sometimes their position. I know this terrain intimately. I’ve sat in rooms where decisions were being made, or I was the ultimate decision maker, and felt the pressure to perform a version of leadership that wasn’t me. That’s why I created Citrine, to help women out of their fear and into a place where they’re aligned with how they really want to lead without abandoning themselves.”
