Citrine brings unique and diverse expertise to the table to assist you. Its founder, Danielle, previously served as a complaint investigations director for a municipal Civil Rights department. This department contracted with the EEOC to make legal determinations regarding discrimination cases on their behalf. Danielle, who received her training from the EEOC, also trained attorney investigators and meticulously reviewed all legal decisions to ensure accuracy and quality continuity.
After her time in the Civil Rights department, Danielle assumed executive leadership positions across diverse sectors. In these roles, she collaborated with third-party investigators and outside legal teams managing the aftermath of workplace investigations for departments, managers, and employees.
